These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Bagus44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Bagus44 website located at https://bagus44.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

Bagus44 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international online gaming licensing, providing services primarily to users in Malaysia. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Bagus44 platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and Bagus44.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Bagus44 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required prior to withdrawal of funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using supported Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, loyalty programmes, and features available on the Bagus44 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the Bagus44 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all related digital properties operated under the domain https://bagus44.cam.

To register and maintain an Account on Bagus44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Bagus44 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21. This age threshold applies regardless of local age-of-majority laws.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited and where accessing the Bagus44 platform would constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Bagus44, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Bagus44 platform or any related platform operated by the same licensing entity.

Bagus44 reserves the right to require documentary evidence verifying eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Bagus44 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly should any of this information change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Bagus44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you promptly notify Bagus44 of any suspected unauthorised access via our support channels.

Your access to and use of the Bagus44 platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You may access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You agree to use the platform in good faith and shall not attempt to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature to gain unfair advantage.
• You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in Account suspension.
• You will not attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate gambling transaction with your payment provider or financial institution.

Bagus44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any content or intellectual property owned by or licensed to Bagus44.

Deposits: Bagus44 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method; please refer to the Cashier section for current details. All deposits must be funded from an account or wallet registered in the Player's own legal name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. All Accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Bagus44 targets processing all verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow transfers; FPX and bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.

Currency: All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Bagus44 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50
• Bagus44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests; however, your payment provider's fees may apply.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending AML or KYC verification checks. Bagus44 will communicate any such delays to the affected Player promptly.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the Account balance includes uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.

Bagus44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published at the point of offer and must be read alongside these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount). The specific multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot contributions are typically 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Exact contribution percentages are stated per promotion.
• Bagus44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bagus44 reserves the right to void bonus-derived winnings and/or suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other exploitative strategy.

All casino games offered on the Bagus44 platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by third-party testing laboratories. This ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random, fair, and uninfluenced by prior results or external factors.

Sports betting odds are set and updated by Bagus44's trading systems in line with current market conditions. Bagus44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrectly priced market (a "palpable error"). Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such circumstances.

In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during gameplay, the outcome of any game round in progress at the time of the interruption will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules and recorded in the system log. Bagus44's game logs constitute the definitive record of all transactions and gameplay outcomes.

Bagus44 reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold payment on any bet or wager where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, collusion, or any other form of corrupt conduct affecting the outcome of a sporting event.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the Bagus44 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using an Account registered to another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties in online poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Bagus44 platform software or game systems.
• Conducting fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after placing bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Bagus44 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings to obtain winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.

Bagus44 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or underage access.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activities.
• Requests submitted by the Player under the Self-Exclusion programme.
• Requirement to comply with applicable law, regulatory order, or licensing obligation.

A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting Bagus44 Customer Support. Where an Account is closed with a remaining Real Money Balance, Bagus44 will arrange for the return of verified funds to the Player's nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bagus44 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions.
• Financial losses arising from your gambling decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Bagus44's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Bagus44's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Bagus44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible directly from your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from Bagus44 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under any applicable mandatory local law.

Bagus44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Bagus44 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10 above.
